Our TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy is seeking a retail manager to work in a full-time capacity (Mon-Fri). Ideally the candidate for this role will have experience in pharmacy either as a retail manager or be a pharmacy assistant looking to advance their career to the next level. Those with management experience not in pharmacy will also be considered.

The role involves engaging in the following:

- Providing values-based leadership
- Working collaboratively with both pharmacists and pharmacy assistants
- Training, development and performance management of all pharmacy assistants.
- Manage, engage in and oversee stock control, ordering and inventory management
- Working closely with senior management to manage and drive organisational values.
- Implementing, monitoring and executing TerryWhite Chemmart marketing initiatives, such as planograms, catalogues, health promotions and other consumer campaigns
- Fostering robust relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders to enable best outcomes for the pharmacy.
- Basic financial reporting and analysis.




- Other administrative and growth activities

- Pharmacy or general management experience, both greater than 12 months full-time.
