Retail Store Manager – MaroochydoreCPAP Direct | Maroochydore, QLD | Full-timeLead a team that helps people sleep better and live better!/n Do you love leading people, building genuine customer relationships and making a difference in people’s lives? /n At CPAP Direct, we help people improve their sleep and quality of life through personalised advice, sleep health solutions and CPAP therapy. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead our Mount Gravatt store and sleep study clinic. /n You don’t need previous CPAP or sleep health experience. We provide comprehensive training to help you develop the knowledge and confidence to succeed!

Your hours/n /n

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

/n

- Alternating Saturdays: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

/n

- A rostered day off is earned for every two Saturday shifts worked.

/n What you’ll be doing/n This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are quite the same! You’ll oversee the daily running of the store while supporting your team and delivering exceptional customer and patient care. /n Your responsibilities will include: /n /n

- Leading and supporting the team to achieve store goals and deliver outstanding service.

/n

- Assisting customers with CPAP machines, masks and accessories.

/n

- Setting up home sleep tests and educating patients about sleep health and CPAP therapy.

/n

- Troubleshooting equipment and finding practical solutions to customer concerns.

/n

- Building strong relationships with customers and industry partners.

/n

- Managing sales, POS transactions, reporting and general administration.

/n

- Providing professional after-sales support and maintaining a clean, welcoming store workplace.

/n About you/n You’re a natural people person who enjoys leading by example,



building relationships and making a genuine difference in people’s lives. /n You’ll bring: /n /n

- At least 12 months’ experience in store management or retail leadership.

/n

- Experience in a busy retail or customer service environment.

/n

- A genuine passion for customer service and achieving sales targets.

/n

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life.

/n

- Empathy, compassion and a patient-focused approach.

/n

- The ability to prioritise, problem-solve and work confidently under pressure.

/n

- Initiative, adaptability and a willingness to learn.

/n

- Professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.

/n

- Confidence using technology and POS systems; Lightspeed experience is an advantage.

/n /n Experience in pharmacy, CPAP, optometry, audiology or healthcare retail is beneficial but not essential.
