We're looking for a detail-oriented Returns Administrator to support our Installation and Despatch team. If you're organised, accurate and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this role could be for you.
About the Role
You'll play an important part in managing returns, maintaining accurate records and supporting installer van stock requests to keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate return records, databases and documentation.
- Coordinate returned products with Despatch and Ordering teams.
- Prepare and manage installer van stock requests and dispatch orders.
- Monitor outstanding returns, stock usage and discrepancies.
- Prepare reports and follow up on overdue returns.
- Liaise with installers and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Returns Team and Installation Department.
About You
- Robust organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Experience with inventory, warehouse or order management systems.
- A proactive problem-solver who can prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work independently or collaboratively.
