Warwick Hospital is seeking a Registered Midwife to join its clinical team on a contract basis from 26 October 2026 through 10 January 2027. This is an 11-week opportunity working up to 80 hours per fortnight at the CORE Warwick facility. The role offers hands-on clinical midwifery practice in a busy hospital setting, with the chance to contribute to maternity care across a range of clinical areas.

- 11-week contract with flexible schedule up to 80 per fortnight, starting 26 October 2026

- Clinical midwifery practice including cannulation and foetal surveillance

- On-call availability as part of the role, supporting continuity of care

Preferred Requirements

- Current registration as a Midwife with the relevant regulatory body





- Demonstrated competence in cannulation techniques

- Experience or education in foetal surveillance and interpretation

- Ability to work flexibly, including on-call shifts as required

- Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills in a hospital environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Midwifery or equivalent qualification with current professional registration

- Recent clinical experience in a hospital maternity setting

- Additional training or certification in foetal surveillance education
