Our client, Complete Tyre Solutions (CTS) is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Account Manager to expand its Off-The-Road (OTR) tyre business across Western Australia.

This is a customer-facing position suited to someone with solid OTR tyre industry knowledge, strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for business development.

The Opportunity

Your primary focus will be identifying and securing new business opportunities across WA's mining and industrial sectors, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will represent Complete Tyre Solutions in the market, identify customer requirements and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across Western Australia.
- Build strong relationships with mining and industrial customers.
- Develop and manage customer accounts, focusing on long-term business relationships.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer OTR tyre requirements and identify suitable products and service solutions.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand existing customer relationships.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on potential business opportunities.
- Represent CTS professionally during customer visits and industry engagements.




- Undertake travel throughout Western Australia as required, including up to 6 overnight stays per month, to meet customers and develop business opportunities.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Previous experience with OTR tyres – essential.
- Robust knowledge of tyres used in mining, industrial or heavy equipment applications.
- Proven sales, business development or account management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, results-driven approach to developing new business.
- The ability to work independently and manage customer relationships across a large territory.
- Willingness to travel throughout Western Australia, including up to 6 overnight stays per month.
