About the Role

Own the full sales cycle - prospecting to close - selling Podium's AI platform to SMB decision-makers. A ramping quota over your first 5 months, with structured coaching, live deal support and demo certification, sets you up to move into a full Account Executive role.

Duties

- Build and manage your own outbound pipeline
- Run consultative discovery calls with business owners
- Deliver tailored product demos of Podium's AI platform
- Negotiate and close deals end to end
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene

Skills & Experience

- 12+ months in an SDR/BDR or similar pipeline role (SaaS), OR 12+ months in a closing role (any industry)
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- Confident, self-generated outbound prospecting skills
- Solid discovery and objection-handling ability
- Coachable, organised,



and comfortable with senior stakeholders
