We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Sales Consultants to join our teams across our Sydney Domestic and International Airport stores.

Whether your passion is Beauty, Fashion & Accessories, or Liquor, Tobacco & Confectionery (LTC), you'll have the opportunity to work with world-renowned brands, connect with travellers from around the globe, and create memorable customer experiences.

Positions will commence November 2026.

Your new job includes

We currently have multiple opportunities for passionate Sales Consultants to join our business in our Heinemann Sydney International Airport and Sydney Domestic Airport.

As a Sales Consultant you will

- Deliver exceptional customer service experience,



being enthusiastic and a strong communicator

- Able to build rapport with people quickly, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs

- Have the ability to understand and interact with people from various cultures simultaneously

- Be a team player that is committed to achieving personal and team goals

- Have to maximize sales opportunities and demonstrate customer excellence

- Ever so often help restocking shelves and be able to lift weight

What you should bring along

- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience

- Immaculate personal presentation & strong communication skills

- Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work Airport Retail hours (mixed shifts, AM: 5:00am to 1:30pm - PM: 1:30pm to 9:30pm)

- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (if applying for our LTC position)

- Must be available throughout the November- January period
