For an experienced candidate: responsibilities include, but not limited to:/n /n

- All aspects of the sales process

/n

- Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customers

/n

- Achieving individual sales KPI's

/n

- Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Mitsubishi and Mahindra brands

/n

- Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting our clients to find the right vehicle

/n /n If you are joining us with no experience:/n /n





- You will learn all aspects of the sales process from our Sales Manager and Sales Executives

/n

- You will be learning about the Mitsubishi and Mahindra models and their features

/n

- You will be trained on our KPI's and how to reach those KPI's in order to be a successful sales executive wherever you end up!

- Once you are trained, you will be kick-starting an exciting and rewarding career where you can sell cars and build strong relationships with our customers and in turn earn great money

/n About you:/n /n

- If you have experience in the retail industry or customer facing positions - fantastic! But it’s not a deal breaker - we can train you!

/n

- Prior experience in a sales position is highly regarded but not essential. We will consider all industries for the right candidate!

/n

- You must have a true passion for the brand/s

/n

- You will be exceptionally well spoken, where customer service is paramount

/n

- You will love establishing and building customer relationships

/n

- You must be comfortable with negotiating

/n

- Current NSW Driver’s License

/n

- Must be able to work weekends & an 11-day fortnight
