Due to the retirement of a long term sales team member of over 35 years, Bills Marine is seeking a marine sales professional to join our marine dealership in Far North Queensland.

Bills Marine has been established since 1975 and is locally owned and operated. We are Tropical North's Leading marine dealership and pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service.

About the Role:

We have the rare opportunity for an enthusiastic sales professional to provide expert advice on our marine products and become a vital member of our team. With market-leading brands like Yamaha Outboards & Quintrex and Extreme boats, you will be set up for immediate success with established systems and a supportive management team in place to help guide and support you! We receive a substantial volume of phone and online enquiries, excellent foot traffic and have proven online marketing systems to help you achieve your goals!

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide expert advice on the products we sell.
- Manage enquiries effectively and efficiently from first contact through to handover.
- Follow internal processes and procedures to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data entry.




- Close sales and help us achieve our sales targets.
- Available for a rotational Saturday Roster 8:30-12:00 ( One Saturday per fortnight )

Skills and Experience:

- A keen interest in the marine world - Boats, Fishing & Watersports
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- Efficient time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
- Honest, Reliable and Punctual
- Computer literacy
- Current Driver’s license and Queensland Recreational Boat License

Ideal applicant would have established sales experience, ( including in automotive or Caravan sales ) but we will consider boating enthusiast applicants with little or no sales experience who are willing to learn. You will be provided with:
