SATURDAY RETAIL ASSISTANT WANTED

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and confident Saturday retail assistant to join our team.

The Clothing Space is a curated preloved fashion store, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves fashion, enjoys chatting with customers and can confidently run the shop on a Saturday.

What you’ll be doing:

- Serving customers and processing sales
- Keeping the shop tidy, organised and looking its best
- Re-stocking and merchandising clothing
- Helping customers find pieces and putting together outfits
- Managing rack renter stock and keeping displays organised
- Creating a welcoming shopping experience
- Basic cleaning and general shop duties
- Working independently and taking initiative

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Reliable and punctual
- Confident working independently
- Friendly,



approachable and customer-focused
- Fashion-minded with a valuable eye for styling and presentation
- Organised and proactive
- Comfortable using a POS system (square)
- Available to work Saturdays consistently

Retail experience is preferred, but the right attitude and reliability matter most. Hours: Saturdays, approximately 9:30am–3:30pm

Location: Newcastle

Pay: Casual retail rate, based on experience, age and applicable award rates
