- Ensuring the highest attention to detail is taken at all stages of the service process
- good knowledge of food and wine
- Strong communication skills, receptive to feedback
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation
- at least 1 years relevant experience
- At least 1years of waiting experience
- Minimum 1 years of waiting or serving experience in a restaurant environment
