Our client is a newly established investment management platform, formed between a leading residential developer and its long-standing institutional capital partner. The two have worked together successfully across multiple projects for many years, and the platform builds on that track record. It invests in the developer’s own projects, other developers’ projects, and core plus and value add opportunities, with the backing of a developer pipeline and an institutional capital partner already in place.

The Role

This is a newly created, solely capital-focused role within the platform. You will be responsible for recycling capital through projects and analysing the return scenarios that drive allocation decisions. You will report directly to senior leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Driving the recycling of capital through projects across the platform
- Analysing and modelling return scenarios to inform capital allocation decisions
- Building and maintaining advanced financial models covering capital and investment returns
- Assessing investment opportunities across developer-led projects, third-party developer projects, and core plus and value add investments
- Providing capital-focused analysis and recommendations to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

- Strong investment analyst experience, ideally within property, funds management or private capital
- Advanced financial modelling skills,



with a focus on capital and returns
- Experience assessing return scenarios and capital allocation decisions
- An understanding of core plus, value add and development investment strategies
- A transparent communicator, comfortable presenting recommendations to senior leaders

Nice to have:
- Experience with equity waterfalls, JV or fund-level returns and investor reporting
- Exposure to residential land or development cashflows
- Experience reporting to institutional capital partners
