Archer Search is partnering with an established aged care provider to appoint a Senior Change Analyst within its Enterprise Project Management Office, based in Norwest, Sydney.

Supporting a varied transformation portfolio, you will help deliver changes to systems, processes, services and ways of working across corporate functions, residential aged care, home care and retirement living.

A key focus will be connecting with operational teams across geographically dispersed locations. Many work away from the corporate office and have limited day-to-day connection with central teams. Your ability to understand their environment, build trust and make change relevant to their work will be essential.

Role

Working alongside Change Partners, project teams and business leaders, you will help people understand what is changing, why it matters and how they will be supported.

Your responsibilities will include

- Assessing change impacts across corporate and operational teams, recognising the different needs of individual services and locations.

- Building relationships with frontline employees and local leaders, creating opportunities to listen, understand concerns and respond constructively.

- Developing practical engagement and communication activities that reach teams across dispersed locations.

- Translating complex changes into clear, accessible messages that explain what they mean for people’s everyday work.

- Preparing impact assessments, stakeholder plans, FAQs, presentations and leader resources.

- Coordinating readiness, training and implementation activities with project teams, Learning and Development specialists and operational stakeholders.

- Identifying readiness gaps and adoption barriers, using feedback to adapt the approach and improve outcomes.





- Supporting go-live and helping teams embed new ways of working while maintaining continuity of care and service delivery.

The role will involve travel to service locations across NSW and the ACT as required.

You

You understand that successful change starts with listening. You can engage confidently with corporate stakeholders while building equally strong relationships with operational leaders and frontline teams.

You bring empathy, patience and sound judgement, with the ability to acknowledge concerns honestly and communicate change in a positive, respectful and practical way.

You will also bring

- At least five years’ experience supporting organisational change across projects, programs or business improvement initiatives. Ideally with some Aged Care industry experience however this is not a prerequisite.

- Experience delivering both corporate and operational change, ideally across multiple sites or a geographically dispersed workforce.

- An understanding of how to engage employees who have limited connection with corporate teams or access to central communication channels.

- Demonstrated experience preparing change impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications and readiness activities.

- Strong planning and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Familiarity with recognised change methodologies, such as Prosci or ADKAR.

Experience in aged care, healthcare, retirement living or human services would be valued, as would a relevant change management qualification or certification.
