Our client is seeking a customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join their dealership team in Narrogin. This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys helping people, has an interest in vehicles and takes pride in getting the details right.
About the role
As a key point of contact for parts enquiries, you’ll help customers and workshop staff identify and source the parts they need. You’ll provide friendly, knowledgeable service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the parts department.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians with parts enquiries and identification.
- Check parts availability and support ordering and sourcing.
- Maintain accurate parts records and help keep stock organised.
- Provide helpful, timely service and build positive customer relationships.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the dealership.
About you
- You have strong communication and customer service skills.
- You’re organised, accurate and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- You have an interest in automotive parts and are willing to build your product knowledge.
- Parts interpretation or automotive industry experience would be an advantage.
