Job Role – Senior Engineer (AI / Conversational Platforms)

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to develop and support APIs, backend services, AI workflows, and conversational platforms. The role requires solid .NET and cloud engineering skills, combined with practical experience implementing AI capabilities in customer-facing applications.

A hands-on software engineer with strong .NET and cloud development skills who can build, integrate, test, and support production-grade AI and conversational applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain APIs, microservices, backend services, and conversational applications.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered workflows and AI capabilities into customer interaction platforms.
- Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering techniques, and integrations with enterprise data sources.
- Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable software components using established engineering standards.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.




- Support deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production incident resolution.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to deliver platform enhancements and operational improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ Years of strong hands-on development experience in C#/.NET and REST APIs.
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of microservices, enterprise integration, and Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Practical experience with LLMs, AI workflows, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of conversational AI, NLP/NLU, and AI orchestration.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and production support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on software quality, reliability, and performance.

- Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Semantic Kernel and agentic AI frameworks.
- Dynamics 365 Contact Centre.
- Voice bots, IVR, and PSTN integrations.
- Power Platform and Dataverse.
