About the role

We are currently looking for a full-time Senior Graphic Designer, idea generator and brand champion, eager to drive the creative journey with an Australian owned nutrition business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Mid-Level Designer with great communication skills, attention to detail and effective time management, ready to inject creativity and commercial value into our business.

This role requires a high level of intuition, ownership and accountability. It's an opportunity to build and drive your own in-house design team as we grow the Flavour Creations brand locally and internationally, positioning us as a global leader in nutrition.

You will be required to create and design compelling visuals for traditional and digital channels from concept to execution, such as social media assets, high quality packaging, print collateral, digital assets and business documents. As the Flavour Creations Designer, you will be a crucial member of the Marketing Team, championing the Flavour Brand and our portfolio of sub-brands. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative manner, as well as ensuring all work is an effective communication tool.

Key responsibilities

- Design brand collateral for print, web, social media, labels and packaging, advertising, email marketing and exhibitions/events

- Maintain and update existing brand and template guidelines

- Bring ideas to life through visual, textual and digital content





- Refine concepts and artwork in line with feedback from internal stakeholders to deliver artwork files on time

- Manage design files and support digital archiving and job tracking systems

- Monitor and report on progress of projects, being able to recognise barriers and find effective solutions

- Independent, self-motivated, capable of working on a diverse range of projects, under strict deadlines

- Food photography and styling for social media and packaging
- An exposure to video filming, editing & animation will be highly regarded

About you

- Certificate or tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design

- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a commercial design environment

- Ensure seamless delivery from concept to execution

- Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail

- Strong understanding of programs, such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects

- Solution and service focused with excellent written and verbal skills

- Be able to estimate the time required to perform upcoming work

- Liaises with internal and external partners as required to ensure successful outcomes

- Keep abreast of new technologies and the latest innovations in the digital and print industries

- Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries desirable
