Senior Legal Counsel

$250-270k + super + performance bonus An opportunity is available for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a leading organisation within the infrastructure, engineering and construction sector.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will provide practical legal advice, support commercial decision-making and help manage legal and contractual risks across a range of projects and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.

- Provide legal advice on contractual matters, project delivery and procurement.

- Identify and manage legal and commercial risks.

- Advise on contract interpretation, variations and disputes.

- Support internal teams with contract management and negotiations.

- Liaise with external legal advisors and key stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

About You

- Experience in construction, infrastructure,



engineering or commercial law.

- Strong contract drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.

- Commercially minded, with the ability to provide practical legal solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively.

- Minimum 9 years’ experience post PQE
