We are currently dealing with a well established Developer/Builder who has a new $400m Multi story project set to commence in Melbourne. As they grow their team, they are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Coordinator with the view to progression with the business.

In this role you will become part of a tight knit team on a carefully planned project involving 70 levels and 600 apartments. Your responsibilities will be diverse across the site, depending on the nature of your experience but will cover the broad spectrum of Senior Project Coordination duties. You will work closely with a Project and Site Manager, as well as the wider site team to ensure and oversee progress to time, cost, safety and quality objectives.





To suit this role it is expected you have graduated from a building/construction degree and have gained at least 5-10 years experience working with a recognisable tier one or two commercial-industrial builder in Melbourne as either a Project Coordinator/Project Engineer on multi story projects of over $100m. This is viewed as a longer term position as future work is being planned. To fit within the current team you will need to be motivated, keen to learn and be a results oriented person looking to develop your career.

Remuneration will suit a Senior Project Coordinator with experience on larger scale projects, but will range from $150k - $240k neg on relevant experience.
