The Position

- Lead new operational business projects from initiation through to implementation
- Work directly with C-suite executives and senior leaders to deliver strategic priorities
- Influence business leaders and managers without direct authority
- Build alignment and create genuine ownership of change across the business
- Operate confidently within strategic ambiguity and bring structure to complex situations
- Manage, use and refine project tools to track project scope, risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery outcomes
- Provide clear, concise executive reporting and decision support.
