Your new role /n This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who is ready to make the step up into a Senior Project Manager position,or an existing SPM looking to join a larger, well-supported business.
/n You will take responsibility for delivering high-endcommercial fit-out projects up to $30M, predominantly across Sydney CBD.Projects are client-facing and design-heavy, with exposure to Design &Construct; and some medical environments.
/n Working alongside anexperienced delivery team and a strong pre-construction function, yourresponsibilities will include: /n /n
- Managing commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion
/n
- Leading project teams and coordinating subcontractors and consultants
/n
- Managing programmes, budgets, procurement and project delivery
/n
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
/n
- Working closely with the pre-construction and estimating teams
/n
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
/n
- Taking ownership of commercial outcomes and overall project performance
/n What you'll need to succeed /n
/nTo be successful inthis position, you will need:/n
/n /n
- Previous experience delivering high-value commercial fit-out projects
/n
- Experience working for a head contractor / fit-out contractor
/n
- Strong understanding of Design & Construct project delivery
/n
- Proven experience managing projects, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams
/n
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
/n
- Confidence managing projects in the $10M-$30M range
/n
- The ambition to step into a Senior Project Manager role and continue progressing your career
/n /n

/nYou don't necessarily need to already hold the Senior Project Manager title. They are particularly interested in experienced PMs who can demonstrate they are ready to take that next step./n
