The Opportunity

Infinity Constructions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Melbourne team and lead the delivery of major commercial construction projects.

Reporting to the Project Director, you’ll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

With projects valued up to $190 million and a strong pipeline of work, this is an prospect to lead complex, high-profile projects within an established family-owned Tier 2 builder .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of major commercial construction projects.
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, handover and defects.
- Take ownership of programme, budget, quality, safety and overall project performance.
- Lead and develop high-performing project teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
- Manage project procurement, programming, contract administration and commercial outcomes.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
- Monitor budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
- Drive quality, safety and compliance across all stages of delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards and in line with contractual requirements.





About You We’re looking for a proven construction leader with:

- 10+ years’ experience managing construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering $100m+ Design & Construct commercial projects.
- Strong commercial, contract administration and technical construction knowledge.
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, from pre-construction through to handover.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing project programmes, budgets, procurement, risk and project teams.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Commnia, Aconex or Procore.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera.
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
