ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

As the link between our customers and workshop, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle handover. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that combines customer service, coordination and problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience
- Manage service bookings and repair appointments
- Prepare repair orders and coordinate workshop activities
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Provide service estimates and explain recommended repairs
- Liaise with technicians, parts and management teams
- Conduct vehicle handovers and explain completed work




- Identify opportunities to enhance customer service and workshop efficiency

ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role
- Enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service
- Has strong organisational and time management skills
- Communicates confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
- Works well in a team environment
- Is professional, reliable and well presented
- Has strong computer skills and can manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Era Power DMS will be highly regarded
- Holds a current SA Driver's Licence and can obtain a National Police Check
