About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Service and Maintenance Electrician to join our Perth team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who not only possesses strong technical expertise but also has the leadership qualities to guide a team and the interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with our valued clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance and service work while mentoring team members and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction on every job.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical service, maintenance, and repair work to the highest standard across commercial and/or residential properties

- Communicate effectively with clients to diagnose issues, explain solutions, and provide professional recommendations
- Build and maintain solid client relationships through excellent customer service and professionalism
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records, job reports, and documentation




- Coordinate with office staff and other team members to ensure smooth job delivery

Skills & Experience

- Full Australian working rights
- WA electrical license
- Current driver's license
- Construction industry white card
- Excellent customer service with great communication skills
