Glue Executive is representing two established high-end residential builders seeking Site Managers to deliver some of Sydney's finest architecturally designed homes. These are opportunities for construction professionals who understand the difference between simply completing a build and delivering a truly exceptional home.

With current project at $7 million plus, we're looking for individuals who bring strong construction knowledge, attention to detail and the leadership required to manage demanding luxury residential projects.

Whether you're an experienced Site Manager delivering $6M architect designed homes or a standout Senior Foreman or Site Manager with $3M–$4M architect designed homes experience ready to step up, we'd like to hear from you.

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day site delivery of a substantial luxury residential project, working with experienced construction teams, specialist trades and consultants

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading site operations from early works through to handover.
- Managing subcontractors, construction programmes and site coordination.
- Maintaining exceptional standards across architectural detailing, workmanship and luxury finishes.
- Managing complex construction challenges, including basement works, structural elements and intricate design requirements.
- Working closely with Project Managers, architects and consultants to deliver outstanding results.
- Driving site safety, quality and programme performance.





What We're Looking For

- Experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Senior Foreman within luxury residential construction.
- A track record on architecturally designed custom homes, ideally 6 m plus. Will consider 3 mill plus.
- Robust technical construction knowledge, excellent sequencing and trade management skills.
- An eye for detail and genuine pride in delivering premium-quality finishes.
- The confidence to take ownership, solve problems and lead a high-performing site team.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, hands-on approach.

You don't necessarily need to have delivered a $7M home already.
