Your recent role:As the Site Manager - Warranty & Maintenance, you will take ownership of maintenance, defect rectification and builder warranty matters across completed residential projects. This hands-on role will see you working closely with homeowners, trades and internal stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include

- Conducting site inspections to assess maintenance, defect and warranty issues
- Coordinating and supervising trades and subcontractors to deliver rectification works
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, on time and to quality standards
- Managing site access arrangements with owners and residents
- Monitoring and documenting completed works, including photos and job records
- Updating defect management systems and maintaining accurate reporting
- Identifying recurring defects and providing feedback to improve construction outcomes




- Ensuring compliance with OHS requirements and building regulations throughout all works undertaken

What you'll need to succeed:To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Strong residential construction, maintenance and defect rectification experience
- The ability to conduct onsite inspections, assess defects and coordinate rectification works
- Experience managing and supervising trades and subcontractors
- Strong practical construction knowledge, problem-solving and site management skills
- Experience with warranty processes and defect management systems
- The ability to read plans, drawings and building documentation
- Sound understanding of Australian building regulations and safety requirements
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
