Your recent role
As Project Manager, you will play a critical role in project definition, support and value assurance across multiple operational sites within a designated region. Acting as a key interface between Operations, Engineering and contractor stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are aligned with safety, technical, operational and commercial requirements.
Working across sustaining capital, maintenance and growth projects, you will support project development and execution activities from conception through to delivery. A key aspect of the role is providing value assurance to ensure quality, schedule and cost requirements are achieved while supporting safe and efficient project outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing project support to operational teams to deliver solutions that improve safety, reliability and efficiency.
- Acting as the interface between site-based teams and engineering and execution functions for design, modification and improvement projects.
- Managing project scope and providing value assurance across sustaining capital, maintenance and growth projects.
- Leading the development and definition of project scopes and supporting project delivery activities.
- Working with operations, maintenance, HSE and engineering teams to define project objectives, technical requirements and deliverables.
- Reviewing cost estimates,



schedules and preliminary design documentation from an assurance perspective.
- Conducting feasibility reviews, risk assessments and value assurance activities.
- Supporting cost control, procurement strategy and contractor selection processes.
- Participating in project peer reviews, HAZOPs, design validation and commissioning activities.
- Ensuring project activities are effectively managed through the Management of Change (MoC) process.
- Monitoring project variations and maintaining communication with key stakeholders.
- Ensuring engineering activities and operational changes comply with applicable regulatory and company standards.

What you'll need to succeed

- Strong experience in project scoping, planning and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of capital project lifecycles, regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Experience working across multiple sites or regions.
- High attention to detail, commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with finance, procurement, engineering and operational teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related project discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar qualification will be highly regarded.
