This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist to join our clients' team and take the next step in their professional journey.

About the Position Our client is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Oral Health Therapist (OHT) or Dental Hygienist who is ready to expand their clinical experience, take ownership of their patient care and develop their career in a progressive dental environment.

Working alongside experienced Dentists and a knowledgeable support team, you will gain exposure to a varied patient base and a broad range of preventive and periodontal treatments.

This position is particularly suited to clinicians who enjoy clinical independence, value professional learning and want to make a meaningful contribution to patient outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive oral health assessments and periodontal examinations
- Providing qualified scale and cleans, periodontal maintenance and preventive treatments
- Delivering gum disease management, including scaling and root planing where appropriate
- Performing fluoride applications, fissure sealants and preventive procedures
- Providing personalised oral hygiene education and long-term treatment recommendations
- Performing teeth whitening and restorative treatments where qualified and within scope
- Working collaboratively with Dentists to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Building strong patient relationships and maintaining high clinical standards

Key Requirements

- Bachelor of Oral Health,



Diploma of Dental Hygiene or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude towards ongoing learning and professional development
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
- Both experienced clinicians and motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply
