You will:

- Conduct internal reviews of disputed NSW CTP claims decisions
- Review medical evidence, claims information and relevant legislation
- Assess disputes relating to liability, statutory benefits and medical matters
- Prepare explicit, well-reasoned internal review decisions




- Liaise with claims teams, legal representatives and medical specialists
- Review submissions prepared by external lawyers for PIC matters
- Ensure decisions are made within legislative timeframes
- Provide technical guidance and feedback to claims teams

If your background includes:

- Experience in personal injury law, ideally NSW CTP
- OR experience in CTP claims, internal reviews or dispute resolution
- Strong knowledge of personal injury legislation
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills
- Confidence making decisions and managing stakeholders

A legal qualification would be highly regarded, but isn't essential!
