About the Company

Our client operates a well-established, high-billing dental practice in New South Wales with a strong reputation for delivering professional, patient-focused care.
Supported by five Dentists and an experienced clinical and administrative team, the practice provides a broad range of general dental treatments, including preventive dentistry, restorative treatments, crowns, bridges, root canal therapy and emergency dental care.

Our client is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Practice Manager, with a background in dental, healthcare, medical or retail management, who is confident leading a team and taking ownership of the operational and financial performance of a busy practice.
About the Position This is an excellent opportunity to join an established practice in a full-time leadership position, where you will play a key role in its day-to-day operations and overall business performance.
We are open to candidates from dental, healthcare, medical and retail management backgrounds who can demonstrate strong leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be confident monitoring financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, managing operational costs and supporting business growth.
Working closely with the Dentists and wider team, you will ensure the practice operates efficiently while maintaining excellent patient service, a positive team culture and strong commercial results.

Key Requirements

- Previous management experience within dental, healthcare, medical or retail environments
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a management or leadership position preferred
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial performance and commercial KPIs
- Confidence analysing revenue, expenses,



productivity and operational performance
- Proven experience managing, inspiring and developing teams
- Ability to identify opportunities for business growth and improved efficiency
- Experience managing staff rosters, scheduling and day-to-day operations
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service or patient-focused approach
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Dental or medical practice management experience highly regarded, but not essential
- Willingness to learn dental-specific systems, processes and compliance requirements
- Availability to commence as soon as possible
