We are recruiting for a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator to join a modern, well-established 4-chair dental practice in North Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a patient-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
About the Role As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, working closely with the clinical and reception teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Guiding patients through proposed treatment plans and explaining their options
- Building strong relationships and establishing trust with patients
- Following up on outstanding treatment plans and patient enquiries
- Coordinating appointments and supporting treatment acceptance
- Liaising with dentists and the front-office team to ensure smooth patient communication
- Providing a welcoming, professional and supportive patient experience

About You

- Previous experience in a Treatment Coordinator role is highly desirable
- Dental industry experience will be highly regarded




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable and comfortable building rapport with patients
- Ability to work collaboratively within a busy dental practice

Working Hours Full-Time Position – Monday to Friday

- Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 1:30pm (optional)

Saturday availability is a bonus but not essential.
