Why is this role for you?

You're a safety advisor who enjoys working with site teams, solving problems and making a genuine difference to how safety is managed.

You're not someone who just walks around with a clipboard pointing out what's wrong. You'd rather work alongside Site Managers, PMs and subcontractors, helping them understand risks and find practical solutions.

This isn't a role where you're stuck on one site conducting inspections all day. The business is flexible about where you work, whether that's from home, their office or on sites (mostly western Sydney), provided you're getting across your workload.

Staff retention is excellent, with plenty of employees having been there for over 10 years. They invest in training and development, have well-resourced and realistic projects and genuinely look after their people.

Salary is in the $150k-$180k + super range, along with a toll tag and discretionary Christmas bonus. Plus you'll never have to work a Saurday again.

If you want to learn new skills and are genuinely interested in personal development, then it's a great role, as your manager has a real interest in developing her team.

You won't get bored as projects are diverse and include industrial, retail, education and commercial new builds.





With six live projects and another 3 starting shortly in the new year, it's a outstanding time to start either before Xmas or in January.

Sounds good! What skills do you expect from me?

We don't expect the finished article for this role, but to be in with a shout for this role, you'll need to tick the following boxes:

- 5+ years of WHS experience with a commercial or industrial builder, ideally across larger construction projects.
- Experience using HammerTech or similar
- A minimum Cert IV in WHS is expected, with a Diploma or auditing qualifications a bonus.
- Past exposure to high-risk activities, particularly plant operations, groundworks, excavations and working at heights.
- Experience with incident investigations, risk management, auditing and following corrective actions through to completion.
