Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee head contract administration, commercial risk management, and variations.
- Drive trade procurement, sub-contractor negotiations, and monthly progress claims.
- Manage detailed cost plans, budgets, financial forecasting, and final accounts.
- Guide, support, and mentor junior contract administration team members.
- Maintain strict commercial documentation, risk registers, and audit-ready records.
- Work closely with Project Managers to maximize project margins and cost efficiencies.

What You'll Bring:

- Strong background as a Senior CA delivering commercial builds or large retail developments.
- Extensive experience managing sub-contractor procurement and complex head contracts.
- Exceptional financial acumen,



budget management, and commercial forecasting skills.
- Demonstrated capability in team leadership, mentoring, and capability building.
- Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commerce.
- Clear communication and firm, professional sub-contractor negotiation skills.
