Key Responsibilities:

- Take full end-to-end operational, financial, and safety ownership of industrial builds.
- Manage high-level client relations with a blue-chip national client portfolio.
- Oversee master construction programs, project budgets, and commercial forecasts.
- Lead, empower, and mentor project teams including CAs, engineers, and site managers.
- Direct trade procurement strategy, contract negotiations, and project risk controls.
- Ensure strict compliance with WHS, quality standards, and statutory regulations.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering large-scale industrial builds.
- Significant experience delivering major warehouse, logistics, or commercial projects.
- Strong commercial, financial, and contractual management capability.




- Exceptional client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Valid Driver's Licence and active Construction White Card.
