About the role
They are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead their Mitchelton location, one of their larger stores with a high-performing team and significant customer demand.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident pharmacy leader who enjoys working in a busy environment, developing people and taking ownership of both operational excellence and team performance.

As Pharmacy Manager, you will:

- Lead and inspire a large pharmacy team of 30+ team members
- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations within a high-volume environment
- Support a strong focus on customer care, compliance and professional standards
- Coach, mentor and develop pharmacists and pharmacy team members
- Drive operational efficiency across dispensing, customer service and retail functions
- Collaborate with the wider leadership team to achieve business objectives
- Maintain a positive, supportive and performance-focused team culture
- Ensure the pharmacy continues to deliver an exceptional level of service to the local community

What you'll bring

- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent professional qualification with current AHPRA registration




- - Experience managing a large team within a busy pharmacy environment
- Strong operational and commercial understanding
- Confidence leading, coaching and developing a diverse team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
