Our client is a well-established Australian business with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service across a busy convenience retail environment. Operating 24/7, this flagship location combines retail, fresh food, barista-made coffee and outstanding service, making it one of the most important sites within the network.

About the role
They are looking for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of this high-profile operation, leading a team of approximately 15 while driving customer experience, operational excellence and team performance.

This is an prospect for a confident leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing people and running a quick-paced business where every day is different.

As Store Manager, you will:

- Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 across a 24/7 operation
- Create a positive, accountable and customer-focused team culture
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including retail, food and coffee
- Drive operational excellence while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Manage rostering, stock control and labour productivity
- Coach, mentor and develop future leaders within the business
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety and operational procedures
- Take ownership of store performance while leading from the front

What you'll bring





- Previous Store Manager or multi-department leadership experience
- A background in fuel, convenience retail, hospitality or high-volume retail
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing larger teams
- Confidence working within a fast-paced, operationally focused environment
- Excellent communication and coaching ability
- Solid organisational skills and commercial awareness
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Experience across food, coffee or convenience retail will be highly regarded

- Paid overtime at penalty rates or the option to take Time Off in Lieu (TOIL)
