About the role
They are looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join their Carindale team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-energy retail leader who loves being on the floor, coaching a team and driving performance through genuine customer connection.

Supporting a team of approximately 6-8 casual team members, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lift engagement, improve results and create a fun, motivating environment where both customers and team members thrive.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will:

- Lead from the front and create an energetic, customer-focused store environment
- Coach and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Drive strong customer engagement through exceptional service
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations, rostering and team development
- Identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer experience
- Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, presentation and store operations
- Build team confidence through coaching, feedback and recognition
- Create a positive culture where the team feels supported and motivated

What you'll bring

- Previous Assistant Manager, Supervisor or robust 2IC experience within retail




- A natural ability to connect with customers and create memorable experiences
- High energy, positivity and a passion for motivating others
- Proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs
- Confidence coaching team members to improve performance
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
- The ability to thrive in a rapid-paced retail environment
- Experience within fashion, lingerie, beauty or service-focused retail will be highly regarded
