About the Role

Smith & Co Recruitment is working with multiple established and growing civil contractors seeking experienced Civil Supervisors for opportunities across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Southeast Queensland and regional Queensland.

With a range of secured and upcoming projects, these positions offer exposure to TMR roadworks, water infrastructure, FRP, piling, bulk earthworks, subdivisions and major civil construction. Opportunities are available across local projects, FIFO rosters and regional relocation, allowing you to explore roles that suit your experience and lifestyle.

You'll take charge of daily site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to deliver projects safely, efficiently and on schedule. Whether you're looking for larger projects, greater responsibility or long-term career progression, we have multiple opportunities to discuss.

What's On Offer?

- $160K–$200K + Super + Vehicle, depending on the role
- Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and wider SEQ opportunities
- Regional FIFO and relocation positions available

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily construction activities across civil projects.
- Supervise crews, subcontractors and multiple work fronts.
- Coordinate plant, equipment,



materials and site resources.
- Drive construction schedules and achieve project milestones.
- Maintain safety, environmental and quality compliance.
- Resolve site challenges alongside Engineers and PMs.
- Monitor productivity and keep works on program.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

- Proven experience supervising civil construction projects.
- Background in roads, water, FRP, earthworks or subdivisions.
- Solid ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors.
- Sound understanding of civil construction methods and HSEQ.
- Ability to coordinate resources and meet project deadlines.
