Inventory Administrator – Tullamarine Casual | $35.96 per hour
Hours are Monday to Friday 7am-3.06pm

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Inventory Administrator to join our team in Tullamarine. This role combines inventory administration and warehouse systems with hands-on warehouse support when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock information.
- Use SAP EWM or other warehouse management systems.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliations.
- Perform cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory audits.
- Support inventory reporting, data entry and stock control.
- Assist with warehouse slotting and stock management processes.
- Liaise with warehouse teams and key stakeholders to resolve inventory issues.
- Assist with picking, packing and general warehouse duties when required.
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure stock accuracy and efficiency.

Essential Requirements





- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience with SAP EWM or other warehouse management systems.
- Sound understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Knowledge of warehouse slotting, cycle counting and stocktake processes.
- Strong administrative, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Willingness to assist with hands-on warehouse duties, including picking and packing, when required.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
