Little Growers Paediatric Therapy is looking for a wonderful current Speech Pathologist to join our team in 2027!

✨ The Role:

- Part time position, 2-4 days per week (flexible to suit you)
- Starting early 2027
- Above-award hourly rate
- Build up to 4-5 clients in a day
- A mix of clinic and community based visits
- A varied paediatric caseload with opportunities to develop your clinical interests, including orofacial myology
- Opportunities to collaborate with other allied health professionals.
- Kilometre reimbursement for personal vehicle use

✨ About you: We’re looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about a long term career in the paediatrics
- Holds a Bachelors or Masters qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Holds a current driver’s licence and has access to a registered and comprehensively insured personal vehicle for community visits
- Is eligible for a membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Holds a current Working with Children’s check (or is willing to obtain)
- Has strong written communication and verbal skill
- Is motivated, organised, creative and proactive
- Is excited and interested in being part of a newer, growing business and contributing to the development of a small team
- Is open to feedback and a genuine team player
