Work Arrangement: Onshore roles – Sydney

The Staff Engineer will provide technical leadership for AI agent development, full-stack engineering and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of AI agents and intelligent workflows.
- Build and integrate APIs, microservices and enterprise applications.
- Guide engineering teams on software design, AI orchestration and development standards.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews and technical problem-solving.
- Support CI/CD, automated testing, security and production readiness.




- Work closely with architecture and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

- Strong full-stack engineering experience with React, TypeScript and C#/.NET.
- Experience developing APIs, microservices and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG and AI orchestration.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Robust understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing and production support.
- Proven ability to provide technical direction and mentor other engineers.

Pay: $550.00 – $600.00 per day
