Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced STIBO STEP Technical Lead to support a growing portfolio of Product Information Management (PIM) initiatives for a major Australian organisation. The role involves providing technical leadership, designing scalable PIM solutions, managing enterprise integrations, and guiding development teams to enhance platform capabilities and deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical direction across multiple STIBO STEP initiatives, ensuring solution quality and alignment with business objectives.
- Design and maintain product hierarchies, taxonomies, data models, attributes, validation rules, and governance frameworks.
- Design and optimise product data workflows, business rules, and processes to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
- Lead technical design and integration between STIBO STEP and enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Commerce (Hybris), and Boomi.
- Collaborate with the existing STIBO Technical Lead and offshore development team, providing technical guidance, reviewing designs, and resolving complex issues.
- Support planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple PIM initiatives, managing technical dependencies, risks, and priorities.
- Contribute to platform standards, technical documentation, solution governance, and roadmap planning.
- Engage with business, product, and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate technical options, and drive effective outcomes.




- Identify opportunities to improve the STIBO platform, integration patterns, data quality, and delivery effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience implementing, configuring, and delivering solutions using STIBO STEP, preferably STIBO STEP SaaS.
- Solid expertise in Product Information Management (PIM), including product data modelling, hierarchy and taxonomy design, data quality, and governance.
- Experience designing and implementing complex workflows, business rules, and product data management processes.
- Enterprise integration experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Commerce (Hybris), and Boomi.
- Demonstrated technical leadership across enterprise technology projects, platform enhancements, or implementations.
- Experience guiding development teams, including offshore teams, through solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of platform governance, technical standards, solution architecture, and roadmap planning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, solve complex technical problems, and contribute effectively within an established delivery team.
