We are a medical practice located in Sydney’s inner west.
We're looking for outgoing, friendly Enrolled Nurse who wants a customer facing and focused role with previous Nursing experience.
The role includes
- Patient triage and preliminary assessments
- Contacting patient for recalls and follow up appointments or for any other reason required by doctors
- Communication with other medical facilities
- Stocking the rooms
- Responsibility for sterilisation and infection control
- Ordering of medical supplies and vaccines
- Administrate immunisations and travel vaccines
- Wound care
- greeting and helping patients
- answering phone calls and either scheduling appointments or dealing with patient requests
- calling patients who require follow up appointments or for any other reason required by doctors
- assisting with keeping the centre looking tidy
The ideal candidate would
- have at least 1 years Nursing experience
- be familiar with general practice medical software
- have excellent communication skills
- high level of attention to detail
- robust interpersonal skills
- strong organisation and work flow management skills
- warm manners and positive attitude
