About the role

As the first Studio Manager at MINT Longevity, you'll be at the heart of the organisation, leading the pre-sale campaign and studio opening before taking ownership of membership growth, revenue, team leadership, operations and the overall member experience. You'll become the on-site expert in MINT modalities, confidently educating members on the therapies available, helping them navigate their options and supporting them to get the most from their MINT experience. You'll create a studio where people feel welcome, safe, supported and genuinely looked after, while driving the commercial results that will set the foundation for MINT's future growth.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the MINT pre-sale campaign, drive membership sales and deliver studio revenue targets
- Play a key role in launching the first MINT Longevity location
- Recruit, lead, coach and develop a high-performing studio team
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including sales processes, member onboarding, bookings and modality capacity
- Become an expert in MINT modalities, confidently educating members on their use, potential benefits and safety guidelines
- Deliver an exceptional member experience,



from the first enquiry through to ongoing engagement and retention
- Monitor studio KPIs, membership performance and modality utilisation to identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain exceptional presentation, safety and operational standards
- Build a welcoming, engaged MINT community that people genuinely want to be part of

About you

- A genuine interest in wellness, recovery and practices that support long-term health and wellbeing
- Leadership experience, ideally within fitness, wellness, beauty or premium hospitality
- Strong sales capability, with a proven ability to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with, educate and inspire others
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for helping shape a new and growing brand
