This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. /n /n About the Role /n /n /n

- You’ll work closely with Building Supervisors and Estimators to ensure all documentation is accurate, professional, and delivered on time.

/n

- Your key responsibilities will include: Reviewing quotes, estimates, and assessment reports for accuracy, formatting, and grammar.

/n

- Submitting documents to insurers within required timeframes.

/n

- Liaising with supervisors and internal teams to finalise documents.

/n

- Updating internal and client systems to align with KPIs.

/n

- Communicating with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently.

/n

- Providing feedback to improve document quality.

- You’ll bring proven administrative skills and a strong eye for detail.

/n

- Experience reading scopes of work (desirable).

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

/n

- A proactive, reliable, and positive work ethic.

/n

- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.

/n

- Ability to adapt quickly to process changes.

/n

- Confidence working in a team in a KPI-driven environment.
