SERP Recruitment has been retained by a growing civil infrastructure contractor delivering major projects across NSW, to recruit experienced Civil Site Supervisors for a newly awarded regional infrastructure project.
The project involves constructing four fishways along the Barwon–Darling River in Far West NSW, with works including bulk earthworks, cofferdams, dewatering, rock placement, drainage and concrete construction.
We're seeking hands-on Supervisors who can lead site crews, manage subcontractors and drive safe, productive project delivery.
The prospect
- Four Civil Supervisor positions across multiple project locations
- Approximately six-month construction programme
- FIFO/DIDO arrangements, with rosters and allowances being finalised
- Competitive remuneration based on experience
- Opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong NSW project pipeline
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience supervising civil infrastructure projects
- Strong background in earthworks, drainage, utilities, concrete or related civil works
- Experience coordinating plant, labour and subcontractors
- Ability to manage daily construction activities, safety, quality and productivity
- Strong communication and practical problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on remote regional projects
Experience delivering projects for Tier 1 or Tier 2 civil contractors will be highly regarded. Interested?
