/n Crawfords is looking for a Team Support Administrator to join our operations team at our Gracemere depot on a permanent full-time basis. The role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 406pm on site. /n /n About Us /n Crawfords Freightlines (Crawfords) is a privately owned and operated transportation and logistics company with operations in road, rail, sea, and warehousing. Founded in 1989 in Singleton, and now headquartered in Newcastle, Crawfords vision is to be a leading integrated rail and road freight-line marketplace for the mining sector, manufacturing, dangerous goods and agricultural business across the Eastern Australian regional corridor. /n /n About the opportunity /n /n Tasks will include, but are not limited to: /n /n

- Various administration and data entry tasks including payroll, accounts payable.

- Maintain and update company databases

/n

- Printing, scanning and filing documents

/n

- Providing customer service to internal and external customers over phone and email

/n

- Invoicing,



auditing and quality checks
