About the Role

Working closely with our Sales, Product & Marketing teams, you will deliver engaging technical and product training to plumbers, customers, merchants, industry partners and internal teams. You'll also contribute to the ongoing development of training programs, materials and facilities that support product knowledge and customer confidence.

Working three days per week, this role offers flexibility; however, the successful candidate will need to be adaptable with their working days to accommodate the timing and needs of scheduled training sessions.

What you'll be doing

- Deliver engaging technical and product training across classroom, practical, digital and webinar environments.

- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and training sessions.

- Develop and maintain training materials to support new and existing product ranges.

- Translate technical and compliance information into practical, user-friendly learning experiences.

- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Technical teams to identify capability gaps and improve training outcomes.





- Maintain training records, reports and feedback data.

- Support the ongoing improvement of Rinnai's training programs and facilities.

About You

- Trade qualification in Plumbing, Gas Fitting, Refrigeration or a related field.

- Strong technical knowledge of hot water, gas heating, heat pump, electrical and/or refrigeration systems.

- Experience delivering training, workshops, presentations or product demonstrations is highly regarded.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Customer-focused, self-motivated and passionate about learning and development.

- Display strong initiative, accountability and a commitment to delivering outcomes.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment advantageous but not essential.

- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
