About the role

Join our expanding global organisation and take the next step in your career as Technical Sales Coordinator, based in our Canning Vale team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, managing enquiries, quotes and orders while learning how our products meet their needs and solve real world problems.

Key responsibilities

- Answering customer enquiries by phone and email

- Preparing quotes and processing orders

- Reading technical specs and drawings and recommending the right product

- Following up with customers

- Helping with general admin

About you

- An interest in technical, engineering or trade work

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Attention to detail

- Confident with Word, Excel and Outlook

- Organised and able to manage a few things at once

- Keen to learn and not afraid to ask questions
- A team player

- Sales,



customer service or trade counter experience (desirable)

- Experience with MRP systems or MYOB EXO (desirable)
