We are recruiting two experienced Test Coordinators to join a major enterprise transformation program delivering SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and integrated cloud solutions.

These are two separate contract opportunities:

- Test Coordinator - SAP S/4HANA Integration
- Test Coordinator - Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA

Both positions will coordinate testing across a complex, multi-system retail workplace. You will work with business users, testing teams, architects, developers, external partners and vendors to ensure testing is properly planned, traceable and delivered. The program covers sales and distribution, supply chain and logistics, procurement, materials and inventory management, and financials and controlling.

The contracts are expected to commence in November 2026 and run through to 31 March 2027. Both roles are based in Melbourne, with four days per week onsite under the hybrid working arrangement.

This is: what you'll do

- Coordinate testing activities across business and technology teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors
- Define testing scope by identifying relevant business processes and delta changes
- Oversee test case administration and maintain traceability to agreed scope items
- Monitor test coverage throughout planning, test case authoring and execution
- Deliver clear testing progress, risk and status reporting
- Support the creation of test plans, schedules and testing protocols
- Execute test cases when required to support the wider testing team
- Identify the data requirements needed for test preparation and execution
- Manage, resolve and escalate testing issues and defects

This is: what you'll need For both positions:

- Demonstrated experience as a Test Coordinator within a large transformation or integration program
- Strong SAP S/4HANA testing experience across relevant business functions
- Experience working across large-scale, multi-system environments
- Strong capability in test planning, test case design, execution and defect management




- Hands-on experience with Jira, qTest and Confluence
- Experience coordinating business teams, technology teams, partners and vendors
- Clear communication and confident stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative, delivery-focused approach
- Previous experience in a retail environment is highly regarded

For the Salesforce-focused position:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce as an integrated CRM platform
- Experience coordinating testing across integrated Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA environments

For the SAP S/4HANA Integration position:
- Extensive SAP S/4HANA integration testing experience
- Experience across retail modules and integrated business processes
