TJM & 4WD Accessories Manager – Scotts Parts Plus & TJM Dubbo

Full-time - Salary - Company Car - Commission

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced 4WD accessories person to take charge of the TJM side of our business. You’ll be responsible for everything 4WD accessories: sales, customers, warranties, stock and the showroom. It’s a hands-on management role with plenty of room to make the department your own.

Key responsibilities

- Selling TJM accessories, bullbars and fit-out packages to walk-in, phone, dealer and fleet customers
- Quoting jobs and coordinating fitments with the workshop
- Looking after customers from enquiry through to fitment and after-sales
- Managing warranty claims with customers and suppliers
- Ordering, receiving and dispatching stock, and running stocktakes
- Keeping the showroom well presented and stocked
- Building relationships with suppliers, dealers and trade accounts
- Tracking sales and margins, and helping grow the department

About you

- Experience in 4WD accessories or automotive parts sales
- Solid product knowledge across TJM, or similar brands like ARB or Ironman
- Knowledge of ECB and TUFF bullbars
- Knowledge of suspension and GVM upgrades




- Knowledge of 4WD electrical: dual batteries, lighting and wiring
- Knowledge of recovery, touring and storage gear
- Organised and self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership
- Strong customer service skills
- Confident using computers and stock systems
- Current driver's licence and preferably a forklift license
